Welcome to Myrtle & Mist. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at myrtleandmist.com, operated by Myrtle & Mist (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. About This Site

Myrtle & Mist is an editorial content website providing plant care guides, wellness articles, product reviews, and curated recommendations. We operate under two complementary personas: Myrtle (science-led plant care) and Mist (wellness and ritual).

Some links on this site are affiliate links. This means we may earn a commission if you click and subsequently make a purchase, at no additional cost to you. All affiliate links are clearly labelled on the relevant page in accordance with the UK Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) CAP Code and the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.

Affiliate relationships do not affect our editorial independence. Products and services are evaluated on their own merits. We do not accept payment in exchange for positive reviews.

Where we have received a product for free for review purposes, this is disclosed on the relevant page.

If this changes, separate purchase terms will be provided at the point of sale, including your rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (including a 14-day cancellation right for distance purchases where applicable).

However, plant care requirements vary by environment and individual plant, and wellness content reflects personal perspectives rather than clinical guidance. We cannot guarantee that information will always be complete, current, or error-free.
